Price breaks, size curves and how to avoid a closet full of extra smalls.
Find the price break
Setup costs are spread across the run, so going from 24 to 48 shirts often costs far less per shirt than you would expect. It is common to get nearly twice the shirts for a small increase in total.
Always ask for pricing at two or three quantities. We will show you where the curve flattens so you are not paying setup twice later.
Get the sizes right
Extra smalls and 3XLs are what end up in the storage closet. For general audiences, weight the middle sizes heavily.
For a known group — a crew, a team, a staff — just collect actual sizes. Ten minutes in a spreadsheet beats guessing every time.
- S — 10%
- M — 25%
- L — 30%
- XL — 20%
- 2XL and up — 15%
Leave room for reorders
We keep your artwork and specs on file, so a reorder skips setup and art. That means you can order confidently now instead of overbuying for a maybe.
