Quick answers
Screen printing starts at 12 pieces because of screen setup. DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl and embroidery can be done as a single piece, so there's no real minimum if you only need a few.
Price depends on the garment, the number of ink colors and the quantity. Per-piece cost drops sharply between 12 and 48 pieces, then flattens. We'll quote two or three quantities so you can see where the price break lands.
Most orders run about 7–10 business days after you approve the proof. Rush production is available when the calendar allows — give us your deadline up front.
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF) is ideal. A high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI at print size also works. If your logo is low quality, we can redraw it as clean vector art.
Sometimes, yes. Customer-supplied garments carry a little risk since a misprint can't be replaced, so we'll talk through it before running the job.
