How it's
made.

Every product we manage uses one of nine core processes: screen printing, embroidery, DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation, UV flatbed, wide-format printing, laser engraving or pad printing. We match the job with a vetted specialist, then manage the details from proof through delivery.

01

Screen printing

What it is: Ink pushed through a fine mesh screen, one screen per color, then cured in a dryer.

Best for: T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, posters

Quantity: 12+ pieces

Softest feel and the best price per piece on larger runs of bold, limited-color artwork.

02

Embroidery

What it is: Your logo is digitized into a stitch file and sewn into the fabric with thread.

Best for: Hats, polos, jackets, bags, beanies

Quantity: 6+ pieces

The most premium and durable decoration. Survives industrial laundering for years.

03

DTF transfers

What it is: Full-color artwork printed onto film, powdered with adhesive and heat pressed on.

Best for: Small runs, photo art, mixed garments

Quantity: 1+ piece

No color limits and no per-color setup, so twelve full-color shirts stay affordable.

04

Heat transfer vinyl

What it is: Colored vinyl is cut to shape and pressed on piece by piece.

Best for: Names, numbers, rosters, one-offs

Quantity: 1+ piece

The cleanest way to personalize individual garments without new setup.

05

Sublimation

What it is: Dye is turned to gas by heat and bonded into polyester fibers.

Best for: Performance wear, mugs, mousepads

Quantity: 1+ piece

The design becomes part of the material — nothing to feel, crack or peel.

06

UV flatbed printing

What it is: Ink is jetted onto a rigid surface and cured instantly with UV light.

Best for: Signs, panels, coasters, awards, cases

Quantity: 1+ piece

Prints full color directly onto hard, uneven and unusual materials.

07

Wide-format printing

What it is: Large rolls of vinyl, fabric or paper printed and finished to size.

Best for: Banners, wraps, decals, window graphics

Quantity: 1+ piece

Outdoor-rated material and laminates so graphics survive sun and weather.

08

Laser engraving

What it is: A laser burns or etches your mark permanently into the material surface.

Best for: Awards, tumblers, wood, leather patches

Quantity: 1+ piece

Permanent, refined and impossible to wash off. The gift-quality option.

09

Pad printing

What it is: A silicone pad lifts ink from an etched plate and presses it onto the product.

Best for: Pens, keychains, small promo items

Quantity: 50+ pieces

The workhorse process for printing on small, curved promotional products.

Quick answers

Which method
do I need?

What's the difference between screen printing and DTF?

Screen printing lays ink into the fabric using one screen per color — softer feel, better price on bigger runs of simple art. DTF prints full-color artwork onto a film that's heat pressed on — no color limits and no setup, so it wins on small quantities and detailed or photographic designs.

Is embroidery better than printing?

It's more premium and more durable, and it's the right choice for hats, polos, jackets and bags. But thread has a minimum detail size, so very small text or hairline artwork prints better than it stitches.

Which method lasts the longest?

Laser engraving and sublimation are effectively permanent since the mark becomes part of the material. Embroidery is the most durable apparel option, followed by properly cured screen printing.

Can you print on unusual materials?

Usually. UV flatbed printing handles rigid and uneven surfaces, sublimation covers polyester and coated goods, and laser engraving works on wood, leather, metal and glass. Send us the item and we'll tell you what's possible.

Do I have to know which method I want?

Not at all. Tell us the product, the quantity and the artwork, and we'll recommend the process that gets the best result for your budget.
