Ordering + minimums

Ordering
answers.

What's your minimum order?

It depends on the process. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces because each color needs a screen. Embroidery, DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl, signs, stickers and engraving can all be done as a single piece. Most promo products have supplier minimums, often 24 to 50.

How do I place an order?

Start a project and tell us what you need, roughly how many and when you need it. A real person on our team replies with options and pricing — there's no cart to fight with.

Can I order just one of something?

Often yes. One embroidered hat, one sign, one engraved award and one transfer-printed shirt are all doable. One screen-printed shirt is not, because the setup costs more than the shirt.

Can I mix garment styles and colors in one order?

Yes. Mixing sizes, colors and styles is normal. With screen printing, big color changes can affect ink setup, so we'll tell you if a mix changes the price.

Pricing

Pricing
answers.

How much does custom printing cost?

Price is driven by the product, the decoration method, the number of colors and the quantity. Rather than guess, we quote your actual job — and we'll usually quote two or three quantities so you can see the price breaks.

Why is the price per piece lower when I order more?

Setup costs — screens, digitizing, print files — are spread across the run. Going from 24 to 48 shirts often costs far less per shirt, which is why we show you the curve.

Are there setup or art fees?

There can be, depending on the job: screens for screen printing, a one-time digitizing fee for embroidery, or art time if your logo needs rebuilding. Anything like that is on the quote before you approve it, never as a surprise.

Do you offer nonprofit or fundraiser pricing?

We price so fundraisers can actually raise money. Tell us your target margin per item and we'll build a product mix that gets there.

Artwork + proofs

Artwork
answers.

What artwork files do you need?

A vector file is best: AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF. A high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI at the final print size also works. Website screenshots, Word documents and small social media images usually don't.

My logo file is low quality. Can you fix it?

Usually. We can redraw your logo as clean vector art as a one-time cost, and then it prints sharply on everything from a pen to a building sign forever after.

Do I get to see it before it prints?

Always. Nothing goes into production until you approve a digital proof showing artwork placement, size and colors.

Can you match my exact brand colors?

We match as closely as each process allows and we'll flag it in advance if a color will shift. Pantone values help a lot — send them if you have them.

Can you design something from scratch?

Yes. Beefy is a branding team first, so design is in-house. Send a sketch, a reference or just the idea.

Do you have your own print facility?

We have a Houston-area team, not a public production floor. We manage each job through a vetted network of specialist production partners, choosing the right equipment and process for the project while you work with one Beefy contact from idea through delivery.

Turnaround + rush

Turnaround
answers.

How long does an order take?

Most apparel and print orders run about 7–10 business days after proof approval. Signage, awards and promo products vary by product and supplier, and we give you a real date with your quote.

Can you do rush orders?

Often, yes. Tell us the deadline at the start and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it rather than promising and missing.

When does the clock start?

When you approve the proof — not when you first inquire. Fast approvals are the single biggest thing that keeps a project on schedule.

Shipping + reorders

Shipping
answers.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We're in Tomball, Texas, and we ship anywhere in the United States.

Can you ship to individual people?

Yes. We can drop ship to individual employees, team members or clients, and we can assemble branded kits before they go out.

Can I pick up locally?

Many orders ship directly from the production partner. Local delivery or a coordinated handoff may be available depending on the project, so ask us when we quote it.

How do reorders work?

We keep your artwork and specs on file, so most reorders skip setup and art entirely. Usually one message is all it takes.
